Where does the information come from?
Your own record is the standard. Where a site allows automated checks, Altru Listings reads its listing page. Otherwise it uses the site’s search results. It also checks the listing data syndicated out to advertising sites, then compares each field with what you entered.
Do I need to share homeowner details?
No. You enter the listing details, such as price or rent, status, beds and baths. Altru Listings never asks for homeowner names or contact details.
What if a site can’t be checked?
Some sites limit automated checks. When a site can’t be read, even from search results, the report shows your own value marked with an asterisk and suggests a manual check, with a link to open the listing and a button to confirm it.
What happens when a listing sells?
Archive it as sold or rented. It stops being checked and frees up room on your plan, and you can restore it later.
Can I cancel?
Yes, any time from the Billing page. Cancel during the 7-day trial and you won’t be charged. After that, payments are non-refundable and your access continues to the end of the month you paid for.
Does Altru Listings change my listing on the sites?
No. It finds the problems and tracks them. You log a correction request, get a ticket number by email, and we confirm when the site updates.
